Sunning Cloth Diapers

When I researched using cloth diapers, I kept reading about how the sun miraculously took out stains. After my c-section, I had a long and somewhat difficult recovery so I didn't use the clothesline at all. I kept throwing all the diapers in the dryer until last week. I finally got the clothes line going and started hanging my diapers out in the extreme Texas heat. Well we all know that the sun is great for stains but I guess you can't really believe it until you try it... so I did. Best. Decision. Ever!

It was like magic! All stains were lifted by the wonderful Texas sun. I guess I never noticed what stain lifting power the sun had on my normal clothes simply because I never did this kind of damage to my stuff. My little guy has BF poop in a bright mustard yellow color that just leaves it's mark everywhere it lands! Haha... Thank you Mr. Sun for taking care of these stains for me. 

I'm off to hang some more diapers on this terrific sunny day... until next time.
